1. General Refund Policy

Tekikons Academy is dedicated to delivering high-quality education and training services. Our refund policy aims to be fair and transparent, ensuring satisfaction and clarity for all our students.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Withdrawal Before Course Commencement: Students who withdraw from a course before it begins are eligible for a full refund of the course fee.
  • Withdrawal During the Course: Students who withdraw after the course has commenced but within the first week are eligible for a partial refund, deducting a 20% administrative fee from the total course fee.
  • Course Cancellation by Tekikons: If Tekikons Academy cancels a course, students will receive a full refund of the course fee.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Withdrawal After First Week: No refunds will be issued if a student withdraws from a course after the first week of commencement.
  • Course Completion: Once the course has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
  • Non-Attendance: Failure to attend the course or any portion thereof does not qualify for a refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Request Submission: Students must submit a formal refund request in writing via email or through the Tekikons Academy student portal, providing reasons for withdrawal and any supporting documentation.
  • Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 working days of submission.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as agreed upon by Tekikons Academy and the student.

5. Special Cases

  • Medical Emergencies: In cases of medical emergencies, students may be eligible for a partial refund or deferment to a future course, subject to providing valid medical documentation.
  • Force Majeure: In circumstances beyond the control of Tekikons Academy (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), refund policies may be adjusted as deemed necessary by the administration.
