2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- Withdrawal Before Course Commencement: Students who withdraw from a course before it begins are eligible for a full refund of the course fee.
- Withdrawal During the Course: Students who withdraw after the course has commenced but within the first week are eligible for a partial refund, deducting a 20% administrative fee from the total course fee.
- Course Cancellation by Tekikons: If Tekikons Academy cancels a course, students will receive a full refund of the course fee.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Withdrawal After First Week: No refunds will be issued if a student withdraws from a course after the first week of commencement.
- Course Completion: Once the course has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
- Non-Attendance: Failure to attend the course or any portion thereof does not qualify for a refund.
4. Refund Process
- Request Submission: Students must submit a formal refund request in writing via email or through the Tekikons Academy student portal, providing reasons for withdrawal and any supporting documentation.
- Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 working days of submission.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as agreed upon by Tekikons Academy and the student.
5. Special Cases
- Medical Emergencies: In cases of medical emergencies, students may be eligible for a partial refund or deferment to a future course, subject to providing valid medical documentation.
- Force Majeure: In circumstances beyond the control of Tekikons Academy (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), refund policies may be adjusted as deemed necessary by the administration.
